10% of Fees
Credited to You
We credit you 10% of any fees we make from candidates we source during your campaign who we then go on to place with other clients.

  • Partnership payment is deducted from the final fee

  • We will place with you! To express our commitment, we will pay a $1,500 compensation fee to you if we do not make a placement (subject to the agreed SLAs)

The ‘traditional’ recruitment model. A percentage fee that is charged on the annual basic compensation of the placed candidate. No placement, no fee. Less of a retained service but a cost effective option. Refunds are offered on a sliding scale should the candidate leave employment within eight weeks of their start date.

  • Varied % Fees based on annual salary:
    • $0 - $29,999:               20% of the total
    • $30,000 - $49,999:      22.5% of the total
    • $50,000 - $74,999:      25% of the total
    • $75,000+:                    30% of the total
  • Should the applicant leave within 8 weeks of commencement; a rebate of 12.5% of the fee is payable for each full week. Subject to T&C’s
  • No upfront payment – you will be invoiced on the applicants’ start date
  • As with all our products we offer certifications on all placements
